Not as pleasant when I went there 2 years ago.

Seriously, I didn't liked anything! I've been there before about 2 years ago, then the place looked clean and comfortable.

Firstly, they moved the female to the 6th floor. The lift was out of order and we had to climb the stairs. The shower and toilet was not in a good state (dirty) The capsule room was so cold and uncomfortable (thin foam) sheet to sleep on.

I miss my special room 615，i had a strong connection with that bed.

staff，no doubt friendly. Location，best！easy to go anywhere！Environment，clean，and no bad smell.

To bed，honestly，at first，i can not bear it，too hard！I got used to with it 2 weeks later. Nosiy！hard for me fall asleep at night.The music in bars which nearby，i even can feel “bedquake”. Nothing can cover it. Anything are fine，except the noise.

Good thing in this hostel is you have your own privacy as it was a capsule room. The staff are nice and helpful. Though I just stayed here for few hours to sleep, I have a good experience. Also this is not a mix hostel so it’s really comfortable to walk around same with the bathroom.

I don’t know if there’s an AC for the capsule or it’s just that mini fan that didn’t help to make the whole capsule cold. Anyways, it’s not that really hot but it’s not that so cold. For me it’s fine, as I just stayed for hours to sleep and take a bath. I also didn’t ask the staff as I’m really sleepy.

Nice and quiet capsules

Quiet, privacy,, location.

Some staff members are not friendly and do not want to talk to customers. Some young ones are mice and friendly. Power is not on when taking the key off. I need usb power to charge my power bank.

The most strategic location , just 10minutes normal walk required to reach ben thanh market . And circle k is everywhere . And if you are looking for pub , this is the best hotel , i like their cafe

The staffs are really friendly and helpful.

The staffs are really friendly and helpful. This property is located just at the starting point main bar street road. The elevator is provided and bed is comfortable.

I didn't really like the smell of the bathroom during my stay. Towel and toiletries are not provided and breakfast is not available.

Cool capsule hotel but needs a few improvements.

I like the concept of the capsule hotel, the bed looked clean and guest were respectful. The location was great! I like that we have lockers near our bed.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner, the staff could be nicer, I had to go 3 times to the front desk to ask for toilet paper in the bathrooms. It was kind of expensive for the service.

Location is great, just at the edge of Bui Ven and the noise...

Location is great, just at the edge of Bui Ven and the noise from the streets/ booming music is very much muted. I requested a wake up call and staff remembered. Considering I was staying the capsule area and the staff had to come up to the 4th floor to personally wake me up. Oh, and the place has a lift, not something to be taken for granted in smaller establishments in HCMC. Something to consider if you have heavy luggage.

I was staying in the "upper bunk" of the capsule - the steps to the second bunk is tricky to navigate as it is at the side. You have to swing yourself into the capsule from the sides. That said, perhaps it is down to me being a big guy and not as agile as the typical guest. Also, the air conditioning in the "business capsule" area is not as strong as the normal capsule area. One might be better off choosing the normal capsule pods. (although that might be offset by the noise from the locker / washrooms where the normal capsule pods are located)

Nice staff but dusty, loud rooms with dysfunctional air-conditioning.

Great, helpful staff. Nice lobby with good WiFi.

Room was incredibly dusty and left us sneezing throughout the trip. Aircon was dysfunctional. Venue is great for people who love going to bars and clubs but the loud music kept us from sleeping until 2/3am - even on a Sunday night. Terrible experience.

Khi phòng mình đặt ổ cắm điện có vấn đề, các bạn ấy sẵn sàng đổi phòng cho mình, rồi sẵn sàng lấy dụng cụ hỗ trợ cá nhân cho mình mượn. Khi mình trả phòng, có quên chìa khoá xe tại ks, anh chị đã cfn về HN cho mình ngay Thật sự ấn tượng

Thái độ cùa nhân viên quá kém và khinh người . Năm mới mà thấy cái thái độ của bạn nhân viên nam đeo kính vs bạn nam chủ hotel thì hết thấy mùa xuân , không bao giờ nở nổi nụ cười Phòng thì quá cũ , gối và mềm thì đã quá hạn sử dụng , nhìn vô cùng bẩn . Thậm chí ngủ còn gây ngưa ngáy khó chịu . Nhà vệ sinh thì vòi nước vứt lăn lóc dưới sàn không có chỗ gài cố định , chốt cửa thì bị hư không gài được , nhiều lần đang tắm hay vệ sinh bị người khác mở cửa đi vào... Hình ảnh đăng trên booking.com khác xa hoàn toàn với thực tế . Kiểu như treo đầu dê bán thịt chó vậy . Mấy bạn du khách cần cân nhắc cẩn thận kiểu bị lừa giống tôi...

Nhưng đến nơi thì tuyệt. Mỗi giường có 1 tủ khóa khá rộng rãi. Nơi này khá phù hợp với những bạn thích du lịch bụi, không quá cầu kì về chỗ nghỉ ngơi

Tui là khách vừa dễ vừa khó tính.

Riêng tư thoải mái.

Chăn ga không giặt thường xuyên, mở cái mền ra còn nguyên tóc của khách trước. Không dám dùng chăn đắp vì bẩn nên chịu lạnh cả đêm, tự dùng khăn của mình.

Địa điểm ngay trung tâm thuận lợi cho đi lại thăm thú.

Địa điểm ngay trung tâm thuận lợi cho đi lại thăm thú. Nhân viên trẻ, dễ mến, nhã nhặn, nhiệt tình.

Phòng mình tủ con trong buồng long ổ khoá. Vì mình không dùng tới nên không ảnh hưởng gì nhưng cảm thấy hơi mất thẩm mĩ và độ tin cậy. Hi vọng khách sạn thường xuyên kiểm tra và khắc phục cơ sở vật chất bị hỏng hóc tốt hơn. Hi vọng nhà tắm được trang bị thêm xà bông và thuốc đánh răng :)
